Haha. Just compiled some statistics from MOE website. Singaporean kids are indeed getting smarter and smarter, and the difference is rather astounding.

The mean score for RGS lept by 10.5 points, and NYGH 12 points. Viable to conclude that it's the girls who are getting smarter? Look at the latest statistics. NYGH and RI are almost having the same intake in terms of PSLE performance. (Both schools have the same mean score of 267 for their respective 2004 Secondary 1 intake.) Consider them as the top brains of their cohort, but on top of them there is still one whole school of girls (RGS)!

And out of these 10 schools with the best intake, half of them are girls school and 2 of them are co-ed with slightly more girls than guys. DHS's 2005 intake comprises of 70% girls and 30% guys - the most thwarted ratio ever.

More statistics will be analysed but that's it for today before book-in. =)

It's time to be more dedicated to blogging.

I can't bear to look at my previous blog now. 5 entries in 7 months - all unproperly titled or merely titled by virtue of their content.

The template of rainbow crayons achromatised from a visual stimulant to one drab display - thanks to me sticking to the same layout due to IT-skills inferiority and probably sheer laziness.

Come October, I shall be home 3 times a week and I would be able to blog more religiously.

A new blog. A new episode of blogging begins. =)
